Drop In Class Descriptions:
Slow Flow - A gentle practice of flowing postures to get the body moving. Recommended for everyone.
Vinyasa Flow - Through ujayii pranayama and graceful flow we link movement and breath for a seamless practice. Recommended for beginners and intermediate with some knowledge of yoga.
Power Flow - Build strength of body and mind through powerful postures and flow sequences.
Recommended for intermediate yogis and anyone accustomed to moderate to vigorous exercise.
Broga, Yoga for Men - A Practice targeting men's tightness and flexibility limitations such as hips, hamstrings, and shoulder. Nate draws from his own experience to help increase mobility and decrease imbalance.
Restorative/Yin Fusion - A fusion of Yin and Restorative postures to rest, balance, and restore the body and mind.
Recommended for everyone. A great way to maintain/add dexterity and balance your Yang practice and/or lifestyle.
AcroYoga - An all levels AcroYoga drop in class. A beautiful practice that combines the acrobatic process together with yogic consciousness to create new and exciting possibilities. No partner or experience necessary.
What do I need to bring?
A mat and a water bottle. Don't have a mat? We rent mats for $1 per class. We have blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets available for your use in studio.
There's no need to sign up for any drop in class. Just arrive and we'll check you in at the desk. If it's your first time in the studio try to arrive 10 minutes early. Please arrive on time/early for all Drop In classes as the door may be locked once class begins. Creekside Yoga is open 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after each class.

Pre Natal - A practice adapted to the body's development during pregnancy helping prepare the body/mind for the physical and mental demands for birth.
Post Natal - Yoga for mom's and their new babies to bond and practice together in a safe environment.
Yoga for Beginners - A program that breaks down the poses and finds the correct alignment for your body. A great way to try yoga for the first time or fine tune your existing practice.
Ashtanga - Learn the poses of the Ashtanga Primary Series. A dynamic set of postures, practiced in the same sequence every time, is designed to purify the body, build core strength, and increase flexibility.
Acroyoga - Come fly with us! A beautiful practice that combines the acrobatic process together with yogic consciousness to help create new and exciting possibilities.
Private Lessons/Private Group Lessons/Workplace and Office Classes
Want to learn on your own schedule? We offer one on one, 60-minute sessions with an instructor of your choosing. Beginning with a free initial consultation to determine your specific needs and wants, we then create a customized sequence of asanas and exercises to best serve you on your path to health and wellness. Great for beginner yogis, injury rehabilitation, deepening your practice, and much more.
Have a group at the workplace/office that would love a break/lunch time class? We'll come to you! Classes can be anywhere from 30-60 minutes and geared to your groups level/ability (ex beginner, intermediate).
