Sound Bath and Meditation with Megan Marie Gates - Friday, November 16th, 7-8pm 
Join Creekside Yoga and the very talented Megan Marie Gates who will bathe us with beautiful sound healing and meditation. She uses crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes and other instruments to immerse us in sweet sounds for 60 minutes. Here's a teaser of what we'll experience Crystal Singing Bowl video.  Payment required in advance to hold you space (these often sell out!).
Investment: $25 or $20 for (5 and 10) class pass holders (including HST).​

Macrame Wallhanging Workshop - Saturday December 1st, 2-5pm
In this beginner level, 3 hour workshop, Angie from Sticks and Strings Macrame will teach you the steps to create and complete a macrame wall hanging using natural cotton string. All materials provided. Light refreshments served. Perfect gift for yourself or a loved one this holiday season!
Investment: $60 (including HST) per participant. Tickets are available through Eventbrite or contact Angie and/or Creekside Yoga.

Additional Broga Class - Thursdays 6-7pm, beginning November 8th - Drop in
This awesome class is now offered twice a week! Broga, Yoga for Men is a practice targeting men's specific tightness and flexibility limitations such as hips, hamstrings, and shoulders. Nate draws from his own experience to help increase mobility and decrease imbalance. Recommended for beginner and seasoned brogi's alike.

New day & time for Yang & Yin - SUNDAYS 7-8pm, beginning November 11th - Drop in
A 40-minute, fast flowing, heat building vinyasa yoga followed by a 20-minute slow paced, cool down, yin yoga. Recommended for beginners/intermediate with some knowledge of yoga.

Restorative/Yin Fusion is back - Wednesdays, 7:15-8:15pm, beginning November 28 - Drop in
This class is a fusion of Yin and Restorative postures to rest, balance, and restore the body and mind. Recommended for everyone.  A great way to maintain/add dexterity and balance your Yang practice and/or lifestyle.
