Join Creekside Yoga for a 6 week session flowing through the Ashtanga Primary Series. A 90 minute class consisting of a set sequence of powerful yoga postures followed by the sweetest savasana. Up to 50 low push up positions (chaturangas) per class! If you want to build strength and flexibility this sequence is for you. Class is recommended for those familiar with yoga and/or the Ashtanga Primary Series.
$105+HST for 1 x week (pre-register for Tuesday OR Thursday)

Post Natal/Mom and Baby Yoga
Thursdays starting March 28th, 11:30am-12:30pm
Join Jess (certified Post Natal Yoga teacher) for this 6 week program for Moms and pre-crawling babies. This is not a class where baby just gets to tag along! Both mom AND baby practice. Postnatal specific practice for mom's to keep them safe, get them moving, and rebuild strength. Baby specific practice to promote development, help with digestion and better sleep. And of course some baby giggles and bonding time with a practice together in a safe and nurturing environment. Come on out, get active, and meet other new mom's in the community. Mat rental included.
Date Night Partner Yoga
Friday, March 29th, 7:30-8:30pm
A wonderful way to connect with your partner through mindful movements, breath work, and laughter. A lighthearted practice led by both Jess and Nate. No yoga experience necessary. Note this is partner yoga, not AcroYoga.

Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop
Sunday March 31st - 10am-12pm
Join Nate and Jess for a morning of upside-down. Beginning with strength and mobility sequences we prepare the body to stabilize and support us. We'll move through preparatory poses that focus on technique and building confidence. Come challenge your body and open your mind to new possibilities!
AcroYoga for Beginners Workshop
Sunday, April 14th, 2-4pm
Have you been wanting to try AcroYoga? AcroYoga Montreal certified teachers Jess and Nate will guide you through the FUNdamentals of counterbalance, bonestacking, communication, and trust necessary to get you comfortable in flight. We start from the ground up (literally) with the foundations and skills you need to build and grow your AcroYoga practice all in a safe and playful environment.
Investment $35+HST per person OR $60+HST for 2 persons paid together.
Barefoot Bootcamp with Ellen of Body Shop Training
Thursdays, starting May 2, 6:30-7:15pm
This 6 week class combines aerobic, anaerobic and strength training, all with the use of your body to build up heat and power, leaving you feeling strong and endorphin-filled. Ellen will bring some toys to keep the workouts fresh and fun! A perfect complement to your weekly Yoga practice.
